Monday

Girls Hockey -- host Superior (17-3-0), 7 p.m. Proctor The Mirage (15-6-2), who have five of their last seven, are hoping to rebound from a 4-0 road loss against Hill-Murray on Friday night. Proctor-Hermantown will wrap up the 2022-23 regular season Saturday afternoon at Mound Westonka. The Mirage are led by Hannah Graves, Reese Heitzman and Izy Farchild, all forwards who rankk 1-3 in team scoring.

Girls Basketball -- at Rock Ridge, 7:15 p.m. The Hawks (4-15) should receive a good test against the Wolverines (12-7), before returning home to face Denfeld (2-13) in Lake Superior Conference action Thursday night. Hermantown seniors are Liv Birkeland, Emma Herstad, Kellyn Biondi, Jaydn Lind, Lauryn Biondi and Amari Nunez.

Tuesday

Boys Basketball -- at Esko, 7:15 p.m. The Hawks (12-3), who are led by recent Bethel College commit Blake Schmitz and burly power forward Abe Soumis, should be tested against the 12-2 Eskomos. Shooting guard Broc Sundland has been on fire for Hermantown, which saw its three-game win streak snapped in an 82-70 loss at home against nonconference Princeton on Saturday afternoon.

Wednesday

Boys Hockey -- at Orono, 7 p.m. The 15-2-1 Hawks, led by senior forward Kade Kohanski who scored three goals in a 6-3 Hockey Day Minnesota outdoor game win against Mahtomedi on Saturday afternoon, have won three straight and five of their last six. Hermantown is also led by senior defenseman George Peterson and junior forward Dallas Vieau, a Penn State recruit.  

Thursday

Nordic Ski -- at Snowflake, 11 a.m.

Wrestling -- at Pine City, 5 p.m. 

Boys Basketball -- at North Branch, 6 p.m.

Boys Hockey -- host Cloquet, 7 p.m.

Girls Basketball -- host Denfeld, 7:15 p.m.

Girls Hockey -- at Mound Westonka, 3 p.m.

Hawks Notebook -- Hermantown's boys basketball team is ranked 8th in Minnesota Class AA, by Minnesota Basketball News ... The Hawks boys hockey team is ranked second in Minnesota 1A, and the Mirage girls hockey team third in 1A.
