We are excited to kick off the upcoming winter season of activities for the 2023-24 school year, and we want to keep you informed about important registration details and key dates.
Online Registration for Winter Activities:
Our Athletic/Activity Online registration is now open for the 2023-24 school year and the upcoming winter season activities. If you haven't already registered your child for winter activities, we kindly request that you do so at your earliest convenience.
Compliance with MSHSL Requirements:
In order to ensure that our student-athletes are in compliance with the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) regulations, it is imperative that all student-athletes in grades 7-12 complete their paperwork before the first day of practice. This year, we are streamlining the process by having families register their son's and daughter's paperwork electronically.
You can access the registration portal and complete the necessary paperwork by visiting our registration website: Hermantown Registration Website. For those who already have an account, simply log in; otherwise, follow the link to create a new account.
The required paperwork includes eligibility forms, a health questionnaire, an athletic training form, and sports physicals. Please note that eligibility paperwork only needs to be filled out once a year, and sports physicals are valid for a duration of three years. If you need to print a sports physical form, you can find it at (Activities Forms & Information Link).
For inquiries about the expiration date of your son or daughter's sports physical, please contact Alex White at awhite@isd700.org.
Participation Requirements:
It is crucial to ensure that your child has completed the online paperwork, selected their desired sport or activity, paid the activity fee, and possesses a current sports physical. Students who have not fulfilled these requirements will not be able to participate in practice. Coaches will guide students to the office on the first day of practice if any of these steps are incomplete.
Activities Fee Payment:
We understand the importance of convenience for our families. Therefore, we are delighted to inform you that you can now make your activity fee payment online. Visit our registration website and log into your account and click on the “Make a Payment” tab by your activity If you prefer to make a payment offline, you can drop off or mail a check with your student's name and sport noted in the memo line to Hermantown High School at the following address:
