Monday

Girls Tennis -- The Hawks host Duluth Marshall in a Lake Superior Conference match at 4 p.m. at beautiful Hermantown High/Middle School Tennis Courts.

Tuesday

Girls Tennis -- Hermantown will face North Branch at 11:30 a.m. and Grand Rapids-Greenway at 1 p.m., in Grand Rapids

Boys Soccer -- The Hawks will visit Duluth Marshall in a 4 p.m. matchup between Lake Superior Conference powers.

Girls Soccer -- Hermantown will host Duluth Marshall in a 5:45 p.m. Lake Superior Conference match at Centricity Stadium.

Volleyball -- The Hawks will visit neighborhood rival Esko in a 7 p.m. nonconference match. Hermantown defeated Duluth Marshall 3-0 in a season-opening match last Thursday, as Gabi Arntson and Claire Kaups combined for 20 kills and Caitlyn Salgy and Abbey McCubbin teamed for 22 digs.

Wednesday

Boys and Girls Cross Country -- The Hawks boys and girls teams will face host Rock Ridge starting at 10 a.m. at Virginia Golf Course. 

Thursday

Girls Tennis -- The Hawks will host Rock Ridge, starting at 10 a.m.

Boys Soccer -- Hermantown will host Proctor at 11 a.m. at Centricity Stadium.

Girls Soccer -- The Hawks will entertain Proctor in the nightcap of a boys-girls Lake Superior Conference soccer doubleheader between the longtime rivals.

Girls Swimming & Diving -- Proctor-Hermantown will host a 5 p.m. meet in Proctor.

Friday

Football -- The Hawks will open the 2023 season against Proctor at 6 p.m. at Terry Egerdahl Field in Proctor, in the annual The Hammer Game. Hermantown, which finished 6-3 a year ago, is led by junior quarterback Alex Schott, senior WR/DB Peyton Menzel (a Bulldogs recruit) and senior WR/DB Brody Summer, a rising college prospect.
